Statistics (main page)

This is the main H4H Affiliate Program page accessed by clicking 'H4H Affiliate Program' menu item in administration menu

The page is organized into 4 tables with different simple statistics:

  1. Affiliates
    Affiliates – indicates the total count of affiliates registered at your AP
    Referred Affiliates – indicates the total number of referred affiliates
    Referred Customers - indicates the total number of referred customers
    Referred Clicks - indicates the total number of referred clicks
    Referred Orders - indicates the total number of referred orders made
    Referred Products - indicates the total number of referred products purchased

  2. Banner/Links
    Banner Impressions – indicates the total number of referred orders from banners
    Banners Clicked – indicates the total number of banners clicks
    Links Impressions - indicates the total number of referred orders from links
    Links Clicked - indicates the total number of links followed

  3. Commissions
    Referred Affiliates - indicates the total amount of commission paid for affiliates
    Referred Customers - indicates the total amount of commission paid for customers
    Clicks to Pay - indicates the total amount of commission paid for clicks
    Referred Sales - indicates the total amount of commission paid for referred orders
    Referred orders Cost - indicates the total amount of referred orders totals

  4. Average Commissions for One Affiliate
    Affiliates referred - indicates the average amount of commission paid for referred Affiliate
    Customers referred - indicates the average amount of commission paid for referred customer
    Clicks to Pay - indicates the average amount of commission paid for a click
    Referred Sales - indicates the average amount of commission paid for referred order
    Referred Orders cost - indicates the average total of one order for an affiliate

Affiliates page

This page is devoted for affiliates tracking. It consists of three main parts: affiliates table, affiliate properties and affiliate transactions details.


Let us examine each of them:

  1. Affiliates table:
    The table shows your site affiliates with the following columns:

    Name - shows affiliate's contact name
    E-Mail Address - shows affiliate's e-mail address
    Affiliates Referred - shows affiliate's number of referred affiliates
    Customers Referred - shows affiliate's number of customers referred
    Balance - shows affiliate's current balance
    Affiliate Group - shows affiliate's group (for detailed information about affiliate groups, please refer to Chapter 3, Affiliate groups )

    Below the table there is a page counter (all data in the table is splitted into page) and page controls: you can select which page to display.

    There are also a number of useful features to control the data in the table:

    • Filter by name first letter: use this feature to filter the data in the affiliates table by affiliate's contact name first letter, use [0-9] for numbers and [A-Z] for letters. To skip filtering use [clear] link.

    • Filter: use this drop down box to filter the data in te affiliates table:
      Active affiliates: to filter the list of affiliates who have active status.
      Inactive affiliates: to filter the list of affiliates who have inactive status (for detailed information about Moderated Sign-up please refer to Chapter 3, Configuration)
      Deleted affiliates: to filter the list of affiliates who have been deleted
      All affiliates: to disable filtering and view all affiliates

    • Search: use the search input to search for affiliates. Enter at least 3 characters to search in affiliates email address and contact name. Use [clear] link under search input to clear the search.

Warning

Remember that search works with current filter. Be aware of searching with the appropriate filter turned on.

  1. Affiliate properties
    This part is located at the right column of the page.
    First box shows main affiliate's properties: E-mail address and reference. Below the email address there is a button E-mail which redirects you to the email page for this particular affiliate. (For more information about e-mail sending please refer to Chapter 5: E-mail/Newsletters )
    If the selected affiliate was referred by another affiliate, the affiliate's name and email will be shown below.

    Next information box shows affiliate's detailed balance:
    Referred Orders: [amount] - total amount for referred orders
    Referred Affiliates: [amount] - total amount for referred affiliates
    Referred Customers: [amount] - total amount for referred customers
    Clicks: [amount] - total amount for referred clicks
    Transactions: [amount] - total transactions amount
    Total: [amount] - total current balance

    Last information box is hidden by default. The only header called 'Details' is shown and the arrow button.
    Press this button to unhide affiliates details. If you wish to hide the information's box use this button too.

    The content of this box is the following:
    Affiliate Group - this drop down box shows affiliate's group he joined and is available to change;
    Status - this drop down box shows affiliate's current status and is available to change (possible values are 'Active','Inactive','Deleted');
    Contact name - this field shows affiliate's contact name he entered while registration and is available to edit;
    Full Contact Address - this field shows affiliate's Full Contact Address he entered while registration and is available to edit;
    Contact Phone - this field shows affiliate's Contact Phone he entered while registration and is available to edit;
    Checkbox Check if Payee information is the same like the Contact info overwrites the payee information fields with contact information data.
    Payee name - this field shows affiliate's Payee name he entered while registration and is available to edit;
    Full Payee Address - this field shows affiliate's Full Payee Address he entered while registration and is available to edit;
    Payee Phone - this field shows affiliate's Payee Phone he entered while registration and is available to edit;
    Web url - this field shows affiliate's site url he entered while registration and is available to edit

Hint

This field is used when checking urls if 'Tie to URL' configure options is set to 'true' (For detailed information about this key please refer to Chapter 3, Configuration)

    Checkbox Newsletter indicates the affiliate's newsletter sign-up status and is available to change.

    If you changed the affiliate's personal information and wish to save it press Update button. If you make mistakes in the information you entered you will be informed with appropriate messages at the top of the page and will have to enter the information again.

  1. Affiliate's transactions details

    This part contains full detailed information about Affiliate's transactions. You can hide this part of the page by clicking on the arrow button in the header.


    'Credit/Debit Affiliate' allows you to credit/debit the balance of the selected affiliate. Use this tool if you want to transfer money to affiliate's account or debit the account. This feature is useful when you have paid your affiliate a certain sum of money and you wish to update the affiliate's balance. Enter the following information:

    Amount - enter amount which you want to add/remove from affiliate's account
    Description - enter the transaction description for the affiliate to avoid misunderstanding
    Action - choose an action (available values are 'Debit','Credit') for transaction to perform

    Use Insert button to perform the selected transaction

    'Transactions Details' allows you to view the transactions for a particular month. Use a drop down box to select the particular month.

    Next table shows the transactions performed for the selected month in the table with the following columns:
    Date, Description, Amount and the subtotal and total for the particular month.

    There are numbers of additional filters in Affiliate Program to help you view detailed information for each particular order, customer, referred affiliate and click to pay. The filters are located at the top of the page

    Referred orders
    Click this checkbox if you wish to view referred orders for the selected affiliate. Details are shown in the table below transaction details


    Click on the particular day to view its details. Details are organized in the table with the following fields:
    ID - indicates the transaction's id
    Order# - shows the order's id;
    Product# - shows the product's id;
    Product Quantity - shows the quantity of products purchased
    Commission - indicates the commission amount for the purchased products
    Tier Level - shows the tier level of the current transaction (to learn more about Multi-Tier please refer to Chapter 6, Multi-tier)
    Amount - indicates the total amount for the current transaction

    You can also click the particular order to view the order details.

    Referred affiliates
    Click this checkbox if you wish to view referred affiliates for the selected affiliate. Details are shown in the table below transaction details



    Click on the particular day to view its details. Details are organized in the table with the following fields:

    ID - indicates the transaction's id;
    Affiliate# - shows the affiliate's id;
    Name - shows referred affiliate's name
    E-Mail Address - shows referred affiliate's e-mail address
    Commission - indicates the commission amount for the referred affiliate
    Tier Level - shows the tier level of the current transaction (to learn more about Multi-Tier please refer to Chapter 6, Multi-tier)

    Click this checkbox if you wish to view referred customers for the selected affiliate. Details are shown in the table below transaction details



    Click on the particular day to view its details. Details are organized in the table with the following fields:

    ID - indicates the transaction's id;
    Affiliate# - shows the affiliate's id;
    Name - shows referred customer's name
    E-Mail Address - shows referred customer 's e-mail address
    Commission - indicates the commission amount for the referred customer
    Tier Level - shows the tier level of the current transaction (to learn more about Multi-Tier please refer to Chapter XX, Multi-tier)
    Amount - indicates the total amount for the current transaction

    You can also click the particular customer to view its details.

    Clicks to Pay
    Click this checkbox if you wish to view referred clicks to pay for the selected affiliate. Details are shown in the table below transaction details and are organized in the same way as for other filters.


Banners

In order to help your affiliates better promote your site or products, the Affiliate banner manager is available in the H4H Affiliate program. It allows you to create banners for your affiliates to use along with references.

The banner manager page is divided into 2 parts: banners list and properties which looks very similar to default OSC banners page with these add-ons:

  • banners table includes additional column called Types indicating banner type (Gif/Jpeg or Flash)

  • Banners statistics is organized in the same way as in the default OSC banners page

  • 'New banner' page has an additional required field called Banner type indicating the type of banner 'Gif/Jpeg' or 'Flash'

Warning

Be aware of inputting the correct banner group (syntax {width}x{height}, e.g. 100X100) or banner will not work properly.


Using InfoSys 7

InfoSys7 is a powerful addon to the H4H affiliate program which allows you edit your affiliate program information pages, news and FAQ fast and simple. Infosys7 is divided into 3 pages: Info System 7, InfoSys 7 FAQ and InfoSys 7 News.


Page “Info System 7”

This page allows you to modify main affiliate program pages: Affiliate Program Intro, Affiliate Program operating agreement, Right side tips box, Right side tips box for registered affiliates, Affiliate greeting.


Click on the desired row or information icon of 'Existent content section' table to view its content. 'Existent content value' table shows possible values for each content page.
You can insert a new content value for every page by pressing Insert button and filling in appropriate fields (title, content) for each language of your shop and pressing Update button. Use Delete button to delete the selected content.

Hint

In the 'Content' field HTML is allowed (<h1>Hello World!</h1>), PHP is allowed (<?php echo 'Hello World!'; ?>)


Page “InfoSys 7 FAQ”

This page allows you to create the FAQ for your affiliates.

Use two main buttons to control categories and questions: Insert category and Insert question.

'Insert category' button creates a new category of questions in the FAQ. Categories may have subcategories, sub-subcategories and so on. Every category may have the unlimited numbers of questions.
Enter Name of the category filed for each language of your shop and Sort order filed, which indicates the position of the current category. Press Insert button to save entered information.

'Insert question' button creates a new question in the current selected category of the FAQ.
Enter Question field for each language of your shop, an Answer field and Sort order field, which indicates the position of the current category. Press Insert button to save entered information.

In the FAQ content table click on the desired row to view its content. Right column box will allow you to modify the information for appropriate category/question of FAQ.

Table also contains controls of the FAQ: Sort order column which indicates the sort order of the current content and links called 'move up' and 'move down' to control the sort order, and Status column indicating the status of the selected content (possible values are 'Active/Inactive' indicating the availability of the content in FAQ).

Use this tool to build a powerful FAQ for your Affiliate Program in order to make your affiliates use all capabilities of it.


Page “InfoSys 7 News”

This page allows you to manage news for your affiliates.

The page is divided into main table and left column. Main table shows available news in the table with the following columns:

Existing news - shows the news title
Added - indicates the date news were added
Status - indicates the status of the news (possible values are 'Active/Inactive')
Visible for - indicates the group of affiliates news is for : All or Registered

Insertion of a news is performed by clicking Insert button at the bottom of the table.
Fill in the following fields:

Scheduled at - choose a date when the news will be activated
Expires on - choose a date when news will be deactivated

Hint

Leave filed Scheduled at blank if you want to activate it manually

Image - choose the image for a news
Visible for - choose the option according to particular group of affiliates (All/Registered) for which it will be available

Also fill in the following fields for each language of your shop
Title - the news title
Chapter - the news chapter
Headline - the news content

Press Insert button to add the news.

To edit the particular news select it at the main table. Use Update button to update
the corrected information. Use Delete button to delete the selected news.


Top 10 Stats

The H4H Affiliate Program provides you with several statistics pages.
Top 10 Statistics page shows you the statistics in charts for:

  1. Top 10 Affiliates By Products Commission - The chart shows Top 10 Referrals which have the highest product commissions earned (in total)

  2. Top 10 Affiliates By Referred Affiliates - The chart shows Top 10 Referrals which have the highest number of referred affiliates (there is shown quantity of referred affiliates and earned sum)

  3. Top 10 Affiliates By Referred Customers – The chart shows Top 10 Referrals which have the highest number of referred customers (there is shown quantity of referred customers and earned sum)

  4. Top 10 Affiliates By Clicks - The chart shows Top 10 Referrals which have the highest number of referrers (there is shown quantity of referrers and earned sum)

  5. Top 10 Referred Products - The chart shows quantity of Top 10 referred products which have been bought

These top 10 stats will allow you to track most relevant affiliates and products.


Click Stats

Click Stats page is devoted for clicks investigation. Here you can observe every click performed. The detailed information is shown at the left column has Date & time of click, HTTP Referrer, Requested URI, Remote IP Address, User's Browser, Link information, Affiliate, E-Mail Address, Affiliate Group, Payment for Click.


A filter is also available for this page, you can filter the table info by selecting HTTP Referrer, Requested URI, IP or Browser drop down box item.


Send E-mail/Newsletter

This page allows you to send your affiliates the e-mail message.
To send the e-mail message fill the following fields and choose appropriate information:

Affiliate – choose available options All affiliates to send the message to all affiliates,
To All affiliates subscribed to newsletter to send the message to all affiliates which have subscribed to newsletter or choose a particular affiliate.

From – fill this field with information you want to send email from
Subject – choose the appropriate subject
Message – enter the message text of email

Press Send Mail button to send email.
